The concept of Bistrot de Soleil was inspired by the style and culinary artistry of European gastronomy and spirit.
The diverse menu, excellent wines, and homemade desserts are only one part of the Bistrot’s culinary philosophy. The main belief of Bistrot de Soleil is that locally grown organic ingredients, fresh meats and, of course, the freshest seafood should be the bases of all dishes on the menu.
